Meet Our Principal
Dentist and Owner
Dr. Jadhav graduated with a degree in dentistry from her home country of India in 2009. In 2012, she immigrated to Canada and began her journey to become certified to practice dentistry in Canada. Dr. Jadhav successfully passed the Canadian National Dental Examination Board Exam.
Since then, she has continued her educational journey to provide her patients with the best and most up-to-date care available. She has continued her education so that she is now able to provide general dentistry, Invisalign, and dental implant services to her patients.

Meet Our Operations Director
Background and Education:
Mr. Shinde graduated from India with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences – Doctor prior to immigrating to Canada. Once on Canadian soil, Mr. Shinde spent over a decade successfully working as supervisory role with Canadian & USA organizations, however, armed with a desire to achieve more for himself and his family.
Mr. Shinde re-entered the post-graduation education system and completed Business Administration in 2018, and following that up with these new designations under his belt.
Personal Life: In his personal life, Mac is the proud father of two lovely kids and the loving husband to his wife. He is an avid enthusiast of the outdoors, acting as sous chef in his kitchen, and dreaming of where he can travel with his family. He enjoys the idea of exploration and will often be caught sharing his dreams with friends and family.
Professional Philosophy: Mr. Shinde is actively involved in helping patients at any level he can and is a firm believer in the concept of share, care, and growth, which will be apparent to anyone fortunate enough to meet him
Jamshaid Rashid
Dental Assistant / Administrator

Meet Our Dental Assistant / Administrator
Educational background: Jamshaid received an IODA certification from Medix College in 2016. Jamshaid has over 9 years of experience as a dental assistant and 7 years of experience working as a Dentist in Pakistan. The professional goal is to provide exceptional patient care by getting to know patients and easing their concerns.
Hobbies: Hobbies include watching sports, reading books, occasional cooking, and spending time with family.
My favourite part about working in Dentistry: Jamshaid loves being a dental professional and finds all dental procedures enjoyable, with a particular interest in dental surgeries.

Meet Our Dentist
Educational background: I was raised in Ottawa, where I completed my grade schooling and post-secondary education. I am fluent in Vietnamese and attended Vietnamese school for 10 years. I completed my Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Studies with high distinction at the University of Ottawa, before pursuing my Doctor of Dentistry Degree at the University of Toronto. I am proud to now be practicing dentistry here in our community.
Hobbies: I am passionate about racket sports! I have been playing badminton, squash, table tennis, and tennis since middle school! I really love playing volleyball and skiing as well. Additionally, I’m a tech enthusiast, I love tinkering with custom computer building, and I’m a lifelong computer gamer! I’m also a movie buff who loves exploring all genres of film!
My favourite part about working in Dentistry: I love the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on someone’s life. Whether that’s restoring function, enhancing aesthetics, or helping a patient feel confident in their smile, I’m there to do what is in the patient’s best interest. I love building connections with patients, guiding them through their treatment with comfort and trust, and seeing their confidence grow as their oral health improves. Dentistry allows me to blend science, artistry, and compassion, and that’s what makes this profession fulfilling for me.

Meet Our Dental Assistant
Educational background: Dharti is a licensed dentist from her home country, where she completed her dental degree and worked for two years in a clinic. She provided general dental care, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and extractions. She looks forward to utilizing her experience in her current role.
Hobbies: Her hobbies include painting, learning songs, and dancing (garba).
My favourite thing about working in Dentistry: She enjoys seeing an immediate visible impact, such as relieving pain, restoring a smile, and helping patients feel comfortable laughing and eating again.

Dental Hygienist

Meet Our Dental Hygienist
Educational Background: I went to the University of Ottawa for a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. Then, Algonquin College for Dental Assisting followed by dental hygiene. Graduated in 2018 and spent 7 years working as a Dental Hygienist in the Yukon in public health for the Yukon Children’s Dental Program.
Hobbies: I enjoy spending time in nature – camping, canoeing – with my family. I enjoy spending time with my two young boys, husband, and dog. I have a passion for baking cakes and making delicious desserts!
My favourite thing about working in Dentistry: I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them achieve a healthy, happy smile.

Meet Our Dental Hygienist
Educational background: I was born and raised right here in Ottawa, where I completed my dental hygiene education at the Canadian National Institute of Health. After clearing her national board exam, I’ve been providing exceptional, evidence-based oral health care for over 15 years. A Lifelong Learner – I’m always pursuing the latest in dental hygiene excellence to give my patients the best care possible.
Hobbies: When I’m not working, you’ll find me doing what matters most: spending quality time with my two kids and husband. I love travelling the world and exploring new flavours through cooking.
My favourite part about working in Dentistry: Being a dental hygienist is being able to aid in disease prevention and working alongside my patients to achieve optimal oral health. My favourite thing? Helping patients take control of their oral health—one appointment at a time.

Meet Our Office Manager
Educational background: I became a Level 2 certified Dental Assistant in 2015, but I have worked in dental for the past 17 years. I started as a floater, then an admin and dental assistant, until I moved into management 7 years ago.
Hobbies: I love camping and being outdoors. I am also an avid biker and cyclist.
My favourite thing about working in Dentistry: I love meeting new people and sharing my passion for dentistry. Making patients feel comfortable is a high priority on my list.

Meet Our Dental Assistant
Educational background: Parth obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2021. In 2024, Parth received a post-graduate diploma in healthcare administration and service management from Conestoga College, followed by a Dental Assistant certification in September 2024.
Hobbies: Outside of work, Parth enjoys exploring new places, traveling, learning new skills, and spending time with friends.
My favourite thing about working in Dentistry: Parth enjoys promoting oral care and seeing the results of patients’ new and restored smiles.

Meet Our Dental Admin
Background and Education: I have a diploma in Phlebotomy as well as Medical Admin. I’ve been working in healthcare for over 20 years in various capacities. I’m excited to add dental administration to the list.
Hobbies: I enjoy getting out in nature with my dog every day. In my downtime, you’ll find me curled up with a blanket and a good book. I love reading mysteries and horror.
