Your First Visit at

On your first visit, we’ll spend time thoroughly diagnosing any immediate oral health concerns, reviewing your medical and dental history, and developing a treatment plan for your overall dental health. This involves a physical examination and a discussion of your treatment choices.
You may need to bring along with your relevant information to ensure your first visit with us goes smoothly. Your x-rays from your previous dentist along with relevant dental records can be sent to our office if you request it. A list of current medication and a list current medical conditions should be brought along with you to make the process faster. If you are covered and paying through insurance, bring along your dental insurance information.
